Sarah presented an interesting case about one of our clients who was struggling to make it clear that their business was an online one with no offline presence.
After careful analysis, we were able to identify the root cause of why people were not ordering from our client. It appeared that the issue was due to market immaturity; people simply were not sure how to order. In order to address this issue, we created how-to videos and FAQs to explain the ordering process clearly. We also worked on a more emotional and psychological level, engaging with our customers in conversations and trying to better understand their needs.

In addition, through the use of data-driven strategies, our agency was able to help the client make their online presence more visible and attractive to potential customers. Additionally, we saw a startling 600% increase in the number of orders, which is quite remarkable given the relatively small market of only 7.5 million digital users.
